I took my stepdad 12yr old cat there as he can't manage her fur and she got very matted. They were very understanding and helpful and sorted Twiggy out with a tiny issue that they accidentally nipped her with the clippers but she was fine. I have booked her in for regular brushes as my 85yr old stepdad struggles doing it and I can only go once a week. Thank you for your help and see you in 6 weeks 😁

The lovely ladies here are clearly dog-lovers which seems an obvious thing to say but many groomers don't appear to be.
We mainly used the hydrotherapy pool for many months with our big Irish setter and he was treated with great care, patience, compassion & dignity and I was always so touched by how Lauren and Emily cared for him.
He was poorly once ,as he wasn't always a well dog ,so we had no choice but to cancel his booking and it was no trouble at all the them.
I don't believe you could wish for better care and knowledge for your dog.
